IsometricTesting

We measure your maximal strength using Isometrics (pulling against an immovable object) while on force plates. This is a much safer alternative to maxing out. As you attempt to move the immovable object, you exert your max strength down into the force plates. We pick this information up and report back which leg is applying more strength, at what rate your produce this max strength, and compare it to other athletes your age and gender. *priced per package, recommended four times per year
